This Limoniidae is from genus Elephantomyia?

Wing venation is consistent with
Elephantomyia, so if the rostrum is truely elongate (not quite visible in this photo because of the cropping).

Rostrum evidently not much elongated, just slightly longer than head, this organ in all described Neotropical spp. of
Elephantomyia is at least half the length of body, usually longer, I think it's a
Helius (s.str.)
