Hi,
this beautiful fly is still missing a name. Found in a garden in Vienna in July.
Adding cropped images of the head as well, although not in a good quality

Hello Carnifex,

according to Nikita, "aristal hairs are much longer than in Hydrotaea. So, it is Helina sp"

Best Regards,
John
