hmm. I've done some research and i am pleasantly surprised to find alot of images for this group. boldsystems has many of them and a few others are floating around the net identified by Paul Beuk. I deduce that this species must be Copromyza but none of the Copromyza for Germany have orange femora. The hind femur is only apically darkened.

a bit more research and i found a match but it is not listed for Germany. Could this be Copromyza pseudostercoraria?
