UK, South Gloucestershire. In deciduous wood, on Ganoderma applanatum fungus. No galls on this fruiting body.

It is a pity it is not visible whether the bands on the tergites are interrupted or not. If they are, it may be D. histrio

Hirtodrosophila confusa is not excluded either. And it is common on Polyporaceae.
