It reminds me of Exorista but the species with 3 postsutural dorsocentrals should have discals.

It is a female, right?
So Tschorsnig writes: "Females of the 4 species rustica, mimula, cuneata and tubulosa are at the present time not reliably distinguishable; in examples with strong discal bristles it would most likely be rustica"
