male - August, 2018 - Berlin

I'm having trouble keying this one. I end up at both Sapromyza and Sapromyzosoma.
i do not see mark(s) between antennae. wings do not have any dark areas.
3 obvious dc. maybe 4 if the small hair is considered to be a dc bristle.
only four dark spots that i can see on the abdomen. palpi should be yellow.
i can see the genitalia clearly via my macro photo which is included with the attached image.

anyone able to help?

Correct. All fits: genitalia, two rows of acrostichal setae, four abdominal spots and dark bristles at apex of hind femora and tibiae.

one other note to members: I found this in woods near a large open field and horses.
along with Stomoxys calcitrans and Pyrellia vivida.
