Hello there,
SW France, 06/17, body size about 7 mm long.
We are confident in the genus, much less in the species. However we found an illustration of a wing that looks pretty similar
there.
Could it be this species:
Dolichopus cuprinus ?

Dolichopus
Dolichopus cuprinus is an American species. Species near
D. cuprinus usually have a bronze stripe along the middle of the thorax. The right angle bend in vein M is found in several species of
Dolichopus, not all closely related.
