Photographed in South west Norway June 21.
Lauxaniidae or not, I'm not sure. I can't find any good match.
Hopefully someone here are able to give some help.

Meiosimyza affinis: thirs antennal segments darkened, acrostichals in two rows and darkend seem along wing tip.

Thank you very much Paul. I found Lyciella affinis in the Norwegian system which seems to be a synonym (or the other way round).
