I think that Chlorops is correct but i'm not convinced that pumilionis is a perfect match. There are alot of Chlorops and only one photo. If i remember correctly, it should key to the pumilionis and ringens area of keys but you will need an opinion from Paul or maybe Dr. von Tschirnhaus will visit this post.
