Forgive me but I don't think so.
The head in profile is shallow and the lower face pale.
The pale yellow colour on the frons is not typical of any Neria spp.
The genitalia do not accord with the structure of genitalia in Neria spp.
All legs have strong bristles, in Neria the legs have very fine hairs, almost bare.
I would try for Scathophagidae

Thanks a lot, Darwyn, of course you are absolutely right. Neria's legs are much longer and thinner, too
