I couldn't find the type that has the same wing patterns (lack of white stain on wing edge) I couldn't decide which species, even if I were very similar to the genus Chaetorellia.

The most probably, Chaetorellia jaceae R.-D. male.
Certain identification can be based on reared specimens or dissected females.
C. jaceae, however, occurs in Turkey and has slightly more oblique wing crossbands, as in your specimen, so the probability is ~90%

Thank you Nosferatumyia. Yes, there's a good chance it's Chaetorellia jaceae. abdomen and thorax are quite similar. Have good day.
