Is this fly correct to determine?
Location: Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, Zwillbrocker Venn, size approx. 10 mm

Apparently Empis (Pachymeria) tesselata, a common species.

The first two are Empis opaca, the last one is Empis tessellata
