Is this fly to be determined on the basis of the photos?
Location: Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, in the Diersfordter forest - Great Veen near Wesel, size approx. 12 mm

Hello Jürgen,
your specimen looks like a Neoitamus. The species can not be identified with certainty. N. cyanurus is the best candidate.
