I reached to my conclusion because the calypters in T. nigripes are white with yellow border - here they appear completely yellow to me. Furthermore, I am not so familiar with chaetotaxy, but I would say there are more than 2 ad bristles on the mid tibia. I might be wrong, just want to understand. Added another photo:
