Hi, is this a male
Thelaira solivaga? Found end of May in Burgenland/Austria.

I reached to my conclusion because the calypters in
T. nigripes are white with yellow border - here they appear completely yellow to me. Furthermore, I am not so familiar with chaetotaxy, but I would say there are more than 2 ad bristles on the mid tibia. I might be wrong, just want to understand. Added another photo:

You should count only strong ad on mid tibia, this is rather unclear in the literature. So the third smaller one does not count. In solivaga, there are many more (check the gallery).
Moreover, solivaga has rather strong outer verticals, this one does not. All features of colouration are variable, though solivaga tends to have more orange on tergites and darker legs.
