a lot of these flies could be seen on the 17th of may, 2019. Germany, Baden-Württemberg, Philippsburg, 96 m.

I am not absolutely sure, but grey humeral calli are the mark for seminationis. If legs are completely black without any rediish or pinkish parts (not visible from your photo), it is seminationis without any doubts.
