On Salix - Nearby a gravel road and a small river. Forest.
9 - 10 mm.

OMG. Definitely looks loke Ph. subcoleoptrata. Is this species known from Norway ?

As far as I know it is not found in Norway, but there are findings from Sweden. But once must be the first... I still have the fly - do you need other pictures of it? Thank you! :)
