From the known European species it can be narrowed down to
Neria cibaria, N. commutata or N. femoralis because of the frons colour, short palpi, colour of the humeri, mesonotum and pleura (all grey-dusted black) and the single ring on the mid femora.
A good side image of the genitalia would help after that, they do look rather small.
There are diagrams at

http://micropezid...m/21/media and
http://micropezid...m/24/media which might help I don't favour
N. femoralis as it has huge genitalia.
The current Turkish list is at
http://micropezid...o/node/330 so you've got a new species for the country.
