Seems correct!
There is however a very similar species....
Pegomya prisca(Michelsen), but only known from Sweden, Czech.Rep, and Slovakia til now..
Genital preparation is needed to separate those two species.
Just save this one as
Pegomya testacea (more common species)....and maybe you can collect some specimen in the future.
