I think so too, but the vertex so narrow and the absence of pruinosity made me think that I was wrong.

I have the same doubts. Moreover, the calypter should be darkened, which is not the case.

That said, I have no idea what it is.

Phania albisquama definitely crossed my mind, but the petiole is too long . So I thought.
But now I see that Tschorsnig & Herting OK this (in my translation "in specimens from southern Europe sometimes with a short petiole")

SO I think it is Phania albisquama indeed !
