This one has proved a bit difficult, but you were right to question my original suggestion. This is
Odontomyia cephalonica, distinguished by a sharp triangular process on the hind tarsi (4th segment). This shows very well on the right hand side (dorsal shot). The reduced markings on tergite 4 are typical.
Having identified the species, it's clear that I imagined seeing vein M3, which is where I got muddled before.
