No hairs on the eyes - could it be an Oswaldia? Near Apeldoorn on 24/04/2019.

Thank you, Theo. I have had a look at the key and I think this should be a female Oswaldia muscaria? Is that okay?

Yes, sorry, there is only 1 Oswaldia in NL: muscaria.
And it is a female
