Hi,
there is a protrusion of the frons at the base of the antenna, so my assumption would be that species, and not L. cylindricornis.
Apparently, this species and other Lauxaniid flies help with the distribution of the spores of rust fungus - there were plenty of these on Falcaria vulgaris leaves infected with Puccinia (the sweet smell is quite well detectable).

Another Lauxaniid: Cnemacantha muscaria?

Cheers, Lorin
