I don't know what this species is - the orbital bristle sticks out sideways above the eye. Near Apeldoorn on 07/04/2019.

[usually, either 0 or 2]
Hence, Cyzenis albicans.

Okay - so it doesn't matter if the bristle points forward or sideways. As long as there is only one - at this time of year - Cyzenis albicans.
