The Netherlands, Tilburg, 'De Kaaistoep', pitfall trap, 21-28.iii.2019

I have very little experience with Phoridae. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you Paul. I understand that Megaselia is hard to identify but I'll give it a try. Of course it's not possible after the rather low quality picture of the genitalia.

Even with a high quality picture I would be hesitant. ;) Most species in Disney's key(s) are illustrated in left view (some both) and from dissected genitalia on microscope slide. I feel that in some species that may have influenced the way the genitalia are shown (some distortion because of pressure of the cover glass). And keep in mind: There are many additions to Disney's British key and 'continental species' that will not be included anyway.
This specimen looks similar to numerous specimens I have from the ENCI Malaise trap and that I have not yet identified (and probably will not do myself either).
