It was found near stream about 1,600-1,700 m asl. in Nan province, N Thailand. It's very tiny and I have no idea what it is. ID is appreciated.

Chloropidae,
Merochlorops. If collected, you can try the key in Nartshuk, Liu & Yang, 2015 (Zoosystematica Rossica, 24(2): 282–291)
