Hi,
this 1-2mm large fly (about half the size of a Drosophila) was found early April in Vienna. Maybe Family and Genus is possible?

It's a chloropid and it reminds me of Polyodaspis ruficornis.

Could a Lipara also be an option?

I don't think so because in Lipara the vibrissal angle is not developed anteriorly and I think I'm seeing a strongly projecting vibrissal angle.
