I photographed this unlucky Tephritidae in the little village of Etxalar in Navarra (Spain) at 90 mt above sea level in the Pyrenaean mountains, on July 23th, 2017. Could it be a
Chaetorellia?

Сertainly it is, possibly, C. jaceae
