Northern Germany, Hamburg-Rissen, Schnaakenmoor, way between mixed forest (with birch, pine, ash, oaks, alder buckthorn) and an area of moor, at a leaf of Sorbus aucuparia, 18th of May 2018, Outsidephoto: kuv. Is my idea "Sapromyza_halidayi" ok? Please help to get the ID.

No, you are in the wrong family. This is Dryope flaveola, Dryomyzidae.
(BTW, the front femora of Sapromyza halidayi have dark tips.)

The former name was Dryomyza flaveola - perhaps this one rings a bell?

It's good to have a Corrector at the forum ;)
