Hello,
this is an old photo from 8.8.2004. I found the midge at a forest path near Furth im Wald, Bavarian Forest, Germany, 900m above sealevel.
Is this Sciaridae spec.?

Yes, I think "Sciaridae" is as far as we'll get. (Nice shot of the wing! :))
