Hello,
I collected this one in early april 2018, 12 km south of Paris, in a park, on cherry flowers ; there were hundreds of its.
I think it's a male Bibionidae Bibio ... 10,5 mm.
Could it be identified to species level ?

According to
this key, I see "Front tibia with a pair of large spurs" so it is Bibio rather than Dilophus ?
Body >10mm long
Spring flying, legs all black
Is this leading to Bibio marci or are there other lookalike species in France ?
Thanks ! ;)
EDIT : Bibio marci have black eyes ... this one red eyes ...
