Northern Germany, Mecklenburg, Tarnewitz bei Boltenhagen, coastal area, edge of a small forest, at a leaf of Sambucus nigra, 8th of October 2018, (Photos: kuv). Sorry, no idea (not found in the Gallery of Calliphoridae nor Muscidae). Please help to get the ID.
