what kind of Tephritidae could this be? Maybe Urophora cf. stylata or a male Urophora cuspidata?

Seen in Germany, South, Baden-Württemberg, Hüfingen near Donaueschingen, sitting on Cirsium eriophorum, max. 5mm, 25. July 2010
