Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, walking path along the rivulet Düpenau, in the grass down below bushes, 2nd of May 2016, Outside Photo: kuv. Is my idea ok? Please help to get the ID.

To me it looks like Prionocera subserricornis but I am not sure.
