I searched for the two species in the gallery and the forum and found this comment:

I could not find a translation for infuscated, but think it means something like darkened.
I have an old picture from a fly identified as Hylemya vagans which has darker, greyish looking fore femora.
Compared to that one all femora of this fly have a yellowish coloration.
Is it possible to exclude H. vagans?
