Last year on 15-05-2018 I've seen this Tachinidae fly in a box (in the Netherlands) in which I keep some caterpillars and (Lepidoptera) pupae and probably I found the pupa of the fly, too. Can this be Sturmia bella?

Yes. In the wild, Sturmia is late summer - autumn.

What was the host ? (should be a Nymphlidae)
