Male Agromyzidae, also collected 09 June in Hoogerheide, the Netherlands. A lot smaller fly than the fly in thread Agromyzidae 1. Genitalia also look like Cerodontha?

The antennae are quite large in comparison to the head.

The large antennae suggest subgenus
Dizygomyza, which should have a large, semicircular lunule.
