The two are rather similar indeed, and
T. atrata is very variable as to abdomen colouring. It is a pity that we cannot have a closer look at the antennae, but the segments seem to be more complex in
C. pectinicornis (compare

https://ccw.natur..._2013e.pdf). The black mesonotum and the partly red, less complex antennae make me vote for
T. atrata. The more constant abdominal pattern of
C. pectinicornis does also not match well...
