Hello,
I found for the first time a Sarcophila, the problem is that the genus has to be review, in the Italian checklist they sign onli
S. latifrons, before was signed also the meridionalis, but it's non sure: latifrons and meridionalis, both are different from mine.
Orange palps, latest two tergites little golden (meridionalis)
Orange palps, color near the wing costa is orange, very evident.
I know there is almost impossible to ID from photo, also because it's a female, but maybe someone know some details ...
08.VII.2018 - REvine - Treviso - Italy - 250m
Thansk!

Yes, I have seen the large file.
Does not llook like meridionalis to be, so likely latifrons.
