Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, island Fehmarn, "Southern seashore" to the Baltic Sea, on the beach. First fly at jetsam, second fly in the sand; Outsidephotos: kuv, 9th of September 2018. After searching in the Diptera Gallery I think it could be Fucellia tergina. Right? Please help to get the ID

From what I can see..... Fucellia tergina makes a good chance (tibia yellowish, no av seta on t2 and the pv setae on the hind femur not long).
But in Germany there also seems to occur Fucellia capensis, but is still doubtful.
The female of F. capensis also has yellowish tibia and no av on the midtibia.
So it seems wise to make it Fucellia cf. tergina....for now.
