Can be P. litura or P. intermedia (compare discussion in https://diptera.i...d_id=25978 and https://diptera.i...d_id=26041).

Peplomyza litura because bristles on R4+5 are present, visible on both pictures.

where exactly are the bristles located? I am not able to find them
