Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, at the edge of the mixed forest Klövensteen; Outsidephotos: kuv, 2nd of July 2018. The pale forehead leads me to Sapromyza albiceps. Is that ID ok? Please help to get the ID.

Which source leads you to Sapromyza albiceps? On the second picture you can see 1 + 3 dorsocentral (dc) bristles, that means one pair of presutural dc which is missing in all species of Sapromyza.

Sorry Fred, and thank you for your info.
So I'll change headline to "Lauxaniidae".
