Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small black fly (Fannia ?) - ID?

Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, walking path along the rivulet Düpenau, in low bushes, at a leaf of stinging nettle, 6th of August 2017, Outside Photo: kuv. I could not find it in the Diptera Gallery. Please help to get the ID.
