Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, at the edge of the mixed forest Klövensteen, at a leaf of Sorbus aucuparia; Outsidephotos: kuv, 14th of May 2017. Is my idea ok? Please help to get the ID.

The characteristics to confirm P. bicolor are not visible, so it could also be P. solennis....
I would keep it.... Pegomya species
