Thread subject: Diptera.info :: A norwegian fly

I wonder if it is possible to say whar specie this 2,0 mm fly (diptera) is?
it was found in moss near freshwater in the western part of Norway 9.of december.

Welcome to the forum! It is family Phoridae for sure, but I am afraid it is hardly possible to get more information. This is an extremely tricky family... The fly might belong to genus Megaselia that consists of at least 1.400 species.
