Hi,
This is surely a member of Cecidomyiidae, which makes ID difficult. Does anybody know a genus of gall midges with patterned wings? The location was southern Brandenburg, July 2015. Any help welcome!

Lestodiplosis species are listed for our region, so we are as close as is possible in this case.
