Found old Drove on farmland, North Wiltshire, England, 7/12/2018.

Seems quite convincing, even though a single picture does not show all necessary characters. I can see the hairy eyes, the gently bent wing vein M, a strong anterodorsal seta on the mid tibia, white stripes at the front of the thorax and dark stripes extending backwards. As it overwinters in adult stage, it might be still found. The pictures in https://www.natur...a-cyanella look very similar. So to me it's OK :)

Yes, that's fine...they appear on and off right through the winter.
