Thank you very much Sundew |t for showing the way to get at least the cf.-ID. And thanks for the hint to the key and other informations. One additional point for S. inquinata is that I found the fly in a moor, as written in Hackman (1956) - (see key page 165).
I just noticed that I had sent an second ID question before about a similar fly near the same place (see https://diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=87305). I would be glad if you have a look to this ID-question.
