Could this be Tipula rufina ?
If not, who knows this species ?
Details: Found at Arctinic/Blacklicht Tower on 17.7.2018 on a neglected grasland site at 37639 Bevern, Lower Saxony, Germany.
The insect has a Bodylength of approx. 18 mm and a wingspan of approx. 36 mm.
