Hi,
On 23rd July 2014 I saw this brown Phorid on a cellar wall in southern Brandenburg. I know that Phoridae are hardly identifiable, but this one has a distinctive appearance with its dark wings and the bristle rows on the metatarsi. So perhaps a genus can be found?
